Think-Trust will carry out its work over a period of 30 months. In order to achieve the project objectives, three complementary work packages are specified, each driven by a leading partner. These work packages are implemented through a set of constituent activities. Progress is monitored against a set of milestones and the outcomes of the work are presented through a set of deliverables.
The overall Think-Trust work plan is based on a sequence of well-structured interconnected activities. The first step is to identify and engage the key stakeholders. The stakeholders will consist of an Advisory Board ‘RISEPTIS’, "Research and Innovation for SEcurity, Privacy and Trustworthiness in the Information Society" and a number of Working Groups.
RISEPTIS is composed of high level experts that will accompany the project through its lifetime and a number of Working Groups comprising also experts from R&D projects that will provide ‘technical’ support to RISEPTIS over relevant technological, legal, societal, and economic fields. This will be achieved through the organisation of targeted workshops with the relevant participants selected for identifying opinions and requirements, and consensus building. The success of the workshops is dependent on the development of the correct context and terms of reference by the project partners through capturing and documenting all the stakeholders’ perspectives. The following table outlines the project milestones.
